Connection is an important part of building your new life.  It is important to feel a part of the world, to feel that you belong, make sense, are loved.  By feeling that connection with your Higher Power, you move from an adversarial position with life to a synergistic position, where things are working together for your benefit.  Meditation is a healthy part of life and can bring changes in your perspective and your world.
