hi ack well you could try getting some Conference Approved Literature with the Alanon logo if you're stuck , some people find that's a good place to start . Maybe someone else will have other suggestions too , or you could read some back posts here , starting at 12 could be difficult I guess !

I just think carrying the message can be tricky, at least for an Alanon. I am sure I know best for everyone anyway... Mostly right now I am carrying it to myself, reminding myself what is and isn't my business, supporting myself even though I don't do it perfectly....

Could be as simple as sharing experience strength and hope (es&h) with others in my group meetings... on the boards. Being here and participating. 
"Sharing what works for Me."   

The many blessings I have experienced from this program are more than I could of imagined.

yeah also I've noticed that some people don't think they're experience or feelings amount to much but there's usually someone that relates to it and then they are surprised to find it was helpful to someone else !
