Hi all - Sorry to be gone so long.  For quite a few months the site server could not accept postings from my webtv. Consequently our web master (John) had to receive and add my posts to the board.  I now have a computer - not very literate yet - so will do my best. 
Also have had problems with my neck - Drs tried to correct the problem but found too much scar tissue so sent me home to heal.  In a few weeks I will have another surgery - this time from the back - and hopefully all will be ok.

hi Dot good to see you again. Sorry to hear about the operations and all the best with it. I will post up the topic sometimes. It might be an idea if other times I leave that to other members. We seem to be doing a step fortnightly at the moment for Al-Anon so if you don't see the next topic up you can always start it on the next step. Usually Dot put up a reading but you could just put up the slogan and some experience strength and hope (ESH)  if you like,
