Hi I am new, I read the instruction but didnt get it. do we have to read the step and think about it and write it down for ourselfes or can we or do we have to post it? or will there be a discussion?

I am new, too, but found that meetings are shockingly helpful, in more ways than I imagined. Try one, especially one for newbies, if there is one in your area. Good luck. Keep coming back. It works....blah, blah, you'll know when you know it. Really. Jules

hi thanks everyone. Yes the programme has various "tools" that you can choose from - literature you can order from your local service office or ask the library to get. Slogans, face to face meetings and online meetings and forums. Each person will make their own unique choices about how to work it. In a way you dont really have to do anything unless you decide to!
