The Steps are the same as in AA and alanon... just the sharing of experiences and perspectives would be tailored to teens. I think it would be very helpful for you to read all of the posts that we have about the Steps from all of these related groups... see the above sticky posts to know how to get to the back pages for the 1st Step up to where we are now.

How are the steps going? You were looking for Alateen steps right?
Are there 12 steps for alateens?
