hi,

Im new to the board.I honestly dont understand the twelve steps, but am trying very hard to. what I  am wondering here, after reading what I have. How long does one work on a step ? I know You must go at your own pace, but How do you know when to say ok, I should move on to next step ?

Hi,

I stayed on a step for as long as it took me to fully understand it, then I moved on to the next. If I got stuck on a step, I went back to the one before it and looked at it again, to make sure I had conpleted everything I needed to on that step.
