Hi Everyone,

I am new to Alanon & ACOA but have been a recovering alcoholic for almost 4 years.

I have a hard time understanding all this and concentrating.  I find the posted questions VERY helpful and was wondering if anyone could post them as I realize that Dot is recovering from surgery.  I hope things went well Dot.

In the post just below yours, Noni posted some questions and answers for step 4...not sure where they are from but I thought they were helpful. Also, Dot posted something from Paths to Recovery a few days ago. Hope this helps!

I have just started attending alanon too. and have been sober a little over 4 yrs. It's nice to know that there are others like me out there...

Hiya - I find the questions posted over in the Adult Children Anonymous Message Board. 

I copy and paste them into a Microsoft Word document.  This allows me to journal for a while before I post my response in this message board.
