Hello, I am new to this and was wondering if someone could help me.  I would like to work the 12 steps for al-anon but I am not sure what the steps are and what I need to do.

Hi Kristi - Welcome. The 12 Steps are posted at the top of this board with the following differenes - in Step one we are powerless over alcohol - in Step 12 we carry the message to others. Have you been to any Al-Anon meetings - on-line or face-to-face? Our on-line meetings are in the chat room at 9am and 9pm et. Do you have any literature? We who have lived with alcoholism understand as others can't and are willing to help you on your journey through the 12 Steps.
