Do I just tell my story or look for the 12 step questions ,and  answer them myself ? Thank you for your help .Im desperate .

Please note that there are two Message Boards This one is for those of us who have been in program a while and want to discuss the Steps to Recovery. If you are new this may be confusing.

There are 12 Steps adapted from alcoholic anonymous that we try to apply to our lives. We work a Step every two weeks and the alanon messages have been noted on this Board by listing the step and Alanon.
