I was so happy to find this site, but I am now feeling lost as to what I am supposed to do, there doesn't seem to be any actual directions of how to start this process.  I have read a book on ACOA and I related to so much in it.  I want to start the steps, but am I ready? Do I need to do more reading first? Or go to meeetings?  Do I need to be put into a 'group' that all starts together or do I just start writing here?  I am confused, which is causing me anxiety and frustration.  Can someone please direct me, I really don't want to drop out just because i can't figure out where to start.  Thank you in anticipation.
