Yep, step 4, 150 negative, criticizing thoughts did I find. I thought for step 4, I would make a list of fearless inventory items, so I came up with 152 negative realizations! Ha! You would think I could at least find 10 positive thoughts about myself! So, item 153 is: "am too critical of self." Do you know I find it hard to even think of one positive item? The 152 negative items, on the other hand, were relatively easy. Stinking thinking? I plan to make that list of 10. A modest effort. Is that step 4 work?

What I've found from my step meetings (haven't done my inventory yet) is that sometimes a negative inventory item is really a positive characteristic out of balance.
When I'm making my list I may use colums. If I put the positive trait right next to the negative, it may remind me that what I need to do is find the balance on that one.
Maybe this will help you see those wonderful things you are, but maybe just take too far. {{{Carla}}}

Hi Toto - We all love you - that's a good thing - and we will love you until you can love yourself. You took the step to come here - that's a good thing - and you are sharing with us - that's a good thing.
The rest is just today - one day at a time you can do one good thing for yourself. Maybe a bubble bath - coffee with a friend or just a quiet walk. Try looking at yourself in the mirror each morning and say I love you. You may not like you but you can start with love and in time you will also get liking yourself.
Keep coming back - we need you - that's another good thing for your list.
