Brother is due to come out of jail on Feb 28. He will go to the courthouse where they will then send him to Rehab for another 30days. Someone in AA has offered to help my mother bring my brother. However, how involved can this person get in the court system?

Best to ask someone at the court,,, but I think he probably can't get involved in the court case at all. He is just bringing him there and offering fellowship, as AA is a support group.
You are qualified for alanon,,, and you may both be qualified for Adult Children of Alcholics if you have other family members, like parents or grandparents who have been alcoholic or dysfunctional.
welcome to the board, and the support groups here, I'm glad that you care enough about your brother to come here and ask.
