I continue to love the simplicity and gentleness of this program. This step simply asks that I make a list of people that I have harmed, And after do that,. I become willing to consider making amends to them. Once I had honestly worked a fourth and fifth step, I had no problem identifying the people that I had harmed. I first need to identify the harm that I had done which at times was not easy. I believed I was helping , when I interfered to give advice, or did for people what they could've done for themselves, In reality, I was hurting them unintentionally. I also hurt myself greatly by making my needs on important and myself invisible. I was never honest with others because I thought they should be able to read my mind as I read there's.Another onjury to myself and others . Attending meetings , reviewing my list daily ,praying for thew llingness, brought me to the point that I had made amends to myself first by so doing and was then ready to make amends to others .
