Sought through Prayer and Meditation to improve my conscious contact With GOD, Praying only for knowledge of His Will and The POWER TO CARRY IT OUT
C2C:Every day I pray for knowledge of God's will. Then I try to trust that my prayer has been heard and believe that at some point in my day. I will do God's will.
"God alone knows the secret plan of the things he will do for the world using my hand."
My share
I started using this step very early in program, even before I completed the First Step . I felt that that the most important portion of this step was that it pointed out that if I pray for God's will, I will get the power to carry that will out .
It also suggests that nothing will be asked of me that will be impossible. I was well aware where my will took me and the pain of trying to force solutions was unbearable I felt that praying for HP's will,I may risk not get my own way but I finally accepted that if I trust that this power greater than myself, has my best interests at heart I will be OK .
