I think it's much easier when you're a freelancer or your work is related to IT, because this way you can get really cool conditions when it comes to taxes, residence permits, etc.

Man, not everyone works in IT or as freelancers. But it doesn't mean that a foreigner can't find a job in Dubai. I think the easiest way is to search, for example, jobs in Dubai for Indian on special sites where there are vacancies for all professions, and you can choose those options, say, full-time formal employment, that you are interested in.
