wow Steps all out of order

I haven't been here in a while, and coming today and looking at the board is a shocker.  All the Steps are out of order!

They were kept in order so that a person who wanted to work on any particular Step could find all of the threads about it in one place.  The way it is now, if I wanted to work on Step 5, I have to look through every post on every page to get through it all.   I'd like it to go back in order, so that we are all working on the same Step at the same time.

Right now Dot is doing Step 8, and so people would post what Step 8 is from all the various 12 Step groups.  If someone needs to talk about another Step, say Step 3, then either they would go to that group's message board, or private messge Dot or me to talk about it so that it won't come up on the board,,  or go back to the page that that Step is on and read the stuff from last year.

Sorry, but it just is too jumbled the way it is right now.  Though I appreciate all the work that a few people are doing .

love in recovery,

amanda

Dear Recovering Children of God,

I am also new here and find that if it were better arranged in order it would be easier to do the STEP work.
If the 12 Steps for every group were listed together at the same time in order it would be neat and orderly. Then the other comments can be on another board like you already have them.
I haven't any idea how much work that is, but since this is a form of Ministry run by recovering people. What would it take?

Thanks,
Blessed

I agree with Blessed's suggestions. Maybe we only have the particular step of the week or fortnight for all 12 step programs as topics or threads here at this forum at a time...

It's very confusing for me too, not knowing which step the stepwork board is at currently...

12-Steps are still out of order

Hello everyone!

God Grant me the Serenity to accept the things I connot change, the courage to change the things I can, and the wisdom to know the difference. Amen

Since I have written and agreed that this message board needs to be straightened out. Step 1, followed by Step 2, followed by Step 3, followed by Step 4, etc until we end with 12. It would be very HELPFUL for "NEWCOMERS" as well as Old timers.
The way it is setup is too confusing. You have all the STEPS going at different times on different pages.

Wouldn't it be nice to have A.A. Alanon, ACOA, ETC, running the 1 through 12 steps at the same time? On the pages have information like the 12 TRaditions running the same way. In Consecutive order.

After doing so you have many other Topics from Literature to share from as well as OUR EXPERIENCE, STRENGTH and HOPE.

I am praying for someone with organizational Skills to come foreward and do this in a timely fashion and in order.

Thanks for listening to me,

Love to you All, Blessed
