Can someone help a new girl

I am new to this group and I've been struggling with alcoholism since I was seventeen. Is there anyone here I can exchange messenger names with. I really need some support or at least someone to talk to when I want to drink. It's really hard to talk to my family and friends about it.

Hi, My name is Kerrie, I've been in the program for 23months now and let me tell you that it works if you are truley serious about getting help. My first suggestion is that you get to a meeting and get a sponsor quickly.  Working the 12 steps and 12 traditions is the answer and that you have already admitted to yourself and others that you need hel[p is the first step in recovery, great start.

I would be more that happy to talk to you and be a support for you. Let me know okay.

Kerrie
