Hi everyone,


     This is my first day here. I've been going to a few alanon meetings locally but very sporadically.  I hope this will help with my attendance.  I would like to know if and when you have open chat time? 


      I do not have a sponsor yet at home but am anxious to work on the steps. I hope to gain some insight .

Welcome Lumy - Do try to get to your face to face meetings regularly. And in addition we have meetings daily in the chat room at 9am and 9pm et. The rest of the time is open chat.

We also have the message board where you can share on anything that's on your mind.
