Tell me what you as a sponsor do when:


Sponcee's call or don't call.


Picking up on stepwork as a new sponsor to someone in the middle of all the steps, and this someone is who's sponsor just relapsed, or is having emotional troubles and told them they couldn't sponsor them at this time.Do you start over from step one? regardless?


They break your Anonymity in the rooms


They break your Anonymity at work


They fly through the steps (starting with one being done in 1 week?)


The don't want to write all the steps only the 4th step


Their defects make you utterly ill and you have a difficult time being direct and to the point about the behavior they need to check/change because it is in more than one area and used all together with other defects you can't quite come up with the correct/accurate words to explain or give analogy of.
