Sharing Step 5

Hi

This is my first post to this forum. I have been in Al-anon for a while, I'm an adult child and used to go to weekely meetings in Glasgow. Recently my situation has changed and I can't go to meeting because of work committments that I can't get out of.

I'm on Step 5 and I want to share but I have no sponsor and don't know who to share with. I was wondering if anyone on this forum could help. I don't want to share with my partner because she might not full understand my list from step 4.

I look forward to heraing from you.

Hey Mark,

Just for your info there is an ACOA board here...

But to answer your question... usually someone in he clergy can be suitable.
