Step Twelve - Having had a spiritual awakening as the result of these Steps, we tried to carry this message to others, and to practice these principals in all our affairs.

Being aware that we are spiritually changed, we are now ready to carry the message to others. Before Al-Anon many of us were lonely and isolated. Attending meetings and sharing the program helped us break our isolation. We have learned to reach out and ask for hekp from our Higher Power, a sponsor and our groups. Now it is our turn to give back.
