I do believe a power greater than myself can restore me to sanity, health, etc.  It's going to be God and you folks at alanon.  I seem to need constant reminders that I cannot change my A, that I can ony change myself, that I do not have to suffer, and there will be peace in the future.  Today is not good but tomorrow might be, Lyne.

Insanity is doing the same thing over and over. I act insanely when I think this time I will change my qualifier if I just find a "new" approach. All I can do is work toward accepting the things I can not change. I have to ask HP to change me and bless her.
