Daytime ACOA meetings

Can anyone tell me if there are any meetings during the week and also during the daytime that are online?  I live in Oregon and so I am PST time.  Between 9:00 and 11:00 in the morning and between 2:00 and 4:00 in the afternoon would be super. 


Not sure how to get to the online meeting that for me would be Tuesday and Thursday at 4:00 my time.  I'm sure I don't understand something quite right about how the meeting room or chat room works.  Could someone help me?   Thank you   pscsquint
