ACOA yellow 12 step workbook

Hi all new here. Am having some trouble with step one section three parts c and d in the yellow ACOA 12 step workbook. I can get maybe one or two for both sections so was wondering if these things are all meant for negative things or if they can be positive also. Don't have a sponsor yet, no transportation to meetings so have been using the ACOA website for Internet meetings.

 

any help?

Hi Gracie,

I have done up to about Step 5 in the YWB. I did steps 4 and 5 with a buddy, rather than a sponsor.

Lotsa times i think it works better to do steps 1,2,3 inside of the group- and then we are really ready for a sponsor, fellow traveller, or a buddy.

If ya feel like running a YWB thread here I would be happy to join you- get ta where you are at and share...

...it would be a treat!

aww You wouldn't be expected to start anything on your own.

Around here we work together and offer each other ESH-

experience strength and hope.

If you are still having trouble with step one section three parts c and d then I would be happy to join you and discuss it.

I forgot to tell you- the yellow workbook is included in the Big Red Book, but it is not laid out the same...
