Step 12 ; Having had a Spiritual Awakening as the result of these steps we tried to carry the message to others, and to practice these principles in all our affairs. C2C reading page 357. "The quality of our lives continues to improve as we apply the Al-Anon program not only to crisis situations but to our everyday lives My share when I first entered the program and read the steps, I was comforted by the 12th step which assured me if I practiced all the other steps I would have a Spiritual Awakening. I thought this is what I am looking, for so I easily returned to the program and picked up the tools in order to recover. I am so pleased that I did. The spiritual awakening which I achieved has been quite a gift of this program Step 12 questions in what way do I downplay my spiritual growth? What can help me to acknowledge It? What is the difference between carrying the message and getting. Giving advice? How can I best carry the message to my family member, especially those in resist the idea? What are the different ways I can carry the message to others? What would change it. I viewed service as my goal in every area of my life? What are the principles of Al-Anon? How am i living the message of the program? __________________ Betty
