Yes, I don't think it will be cheap, but it's worth it, right? I'm really sure it's worth overpaying if you really want to watch the sunrise on the coast every morning. To say it's amazing is an understatement. You can completely immerse yourself in this incredible atmosphere, and then enjoy it calmly and slowly.
