I'm thrilled I logged in here today....I've been waiting for the Steps to restart. Now a quick question....in the Step One Al-anon post, the "3 C's" were mentioned a few times....I feel like a dork but have to ask, what are these?

hi Dana , welcome , the 3 cs means that I 'can't cause cure or control alcoholism' , it's one of the slogans of the programme , that teaches us to try to focus on ourselves rather than the alcoholic's problems I think , something like that , hope you find it helpful here ,
