Trzeba sprawdzi pozwolenia budowlane, status dziaki, czy mieszkanie ma wszystkie media i koszt eksploatacji. Ja korzystaem z usug BolgariaDom dokadnie przez ofert z zakadki mieszkania tam https://bolgariadom.com/pl/mieszkania wszystko jest jasno opisane: zdjcia, plany, koszty dodatkowe. Pomogli z tumaczeniem umowy, przy odbiorze sprawdzili kady punkt, by nie byo niedocigni.
