Running multiple recovery groups efficiently

Looking to launch a few different communities centered around the 12 step recovery model, but I am getting overwhelmed just thinking about the coordination. How do people manage multiple groups without burning out or letting things slip through the cracks? The admin side alone seems like a full time job.

Running several recovery communities at once can get chaotic fast, so looking into agent optimization is a solid move, check out some tools here https://eignex.com/ . The idea is to streamline how you handle repetitive tasks across different groups, things like scheduling meetings, tracking newcomer check-ins, and keeping literature libraries updated without manually posting the same announcements in five places. It also helps with making sure no group gets neglected when things get busy, because the system keeps the routine stuff moving while you focus on the actual human connection that keeps these communities alive.

Set up a shared resource folder for all your groups with meeting scripts, readings, and step worksheets. When everything is in one place and easy to grab, new group leaders can step in without you having to walk them through every single detail from scratch.
