Prepping for an RN interview at a 12-step center

Alright folks, I've got an interview lined up at a treatment facility that runs on the 12-step recovery model, and I'm a bit nervous about what they'll throw at me. I've done med-surg for years, but this feels like a different beast entirely. Anyone know what kind of questions they ask when the job is more about the program than just the vitals?

A recovery center is going to dig way more into your soft skills and your vibe around patients in active addiction than a normal hospital would, they are not just checking if you can start an IV. They will want to know how you handle a patient who is agitated and refusing care, or how you set boundaries without sounding like a disciplinarian. Never sound like you are there to save anyone, the panel hates that, just talk about meeting the patient where they are at, and for goodness sake know the difference between a therapeutic confrontation and a straight-up argument.
