Good morning local business owners. We just signed a lease for a new restaurant space downtown and are starting the build-out phase. I checked their portfolio and it looks incredibly solid, plus their commercial reviews from other GTA businesses are excellent. Does anyone else have experience coordinating their schedules with city inspectors during complex restaurant build-outs?
