Id probably go with T20 as well, although I think every format has its own appeal. T20 is quick and can change completely in just a few overs, while ODIs give teams more time to settle into the game and recover from a rough start. I remember watching an ODI where one team seemed to be in complete control early on, but the other side gradually fought its way back and turned the match around. After that, I started enjoying the longer format more. It can be worth checking the basic rules, match length, and recent team form on betinexchange before deciding which format feels right. Once you understand how each one works, following the matches becomes much more interesting.
