How often do you place bets on sport?

Lately Ive been wondering how often people actually place sports bets. I used to bet almost every weekend, especially when there were big football matches. These days Im more occasional about it. I usually wait for a game Im genuinely interested in rather than betting just because theres a match on. How often do you guys place bets?

For me its probably once or twice a month. I used to do it much more often, but I realized I enjoyed it more when I treated it as something occasional. Last month I made a small bet on a football match I was already planning to watch, and it made the game a bit more exciting. I dont really feel the need to bet every week anymore.

I mostly bet when theres a particular event Im following closely, maybe once every couple of weeks. I think having a fixed budget makes the whole thing more relaxed. I often check betinexchange, it has a straightforward layout that makes it easy to browse different sports and compare available betting options. I especially like being able to check the details before making a decision, rather than having everything crowded onto one screen. For me, the main thing is keeping it as entertainment rather than making it part of my routine.
