I want my pain gone

I am not sure what to do right now with these overwhelming feelings I have,  but I am so glad I just found this forum. I have ignored, walked around, under, over, and did all I could do to deny any kind of pain or grief I have had.
However for the last week I have been so angry, and I am expressing that by non-stop crying. I want to run away, but I don't know where to go. I feel so scared; almost like a caged animal.
I have 18 years of sobriety, and I thought my life was all wrapped up in a neat package. You know, "Looks good on paper" WOW! I have been blind! I am so mad at myself for ignoring all of this grief, anger, sadness, and shame. I am really, really tired of making excuses for isolating myself.
I want to be able to reach out to people; especially, when I am not OK.
Thats about all I have to say. Thank you.
