Hi, Im Maggie and I am new here and new to ACOA. I have just ordered the 12 step workbook, but not having it in my hand yeat I feel a bit desperate. At the meeting i read the first step in the 12 step book, and identified fully. There was a prayer. Can anyone give it to me, please?

I dont remember the words, but it was something as I dont know hwo Im talking to, maybe Im just talking to myself. Im lost, want to die, maybe You could find me. 

I would be happy if I could get that.

Here is a prayer that I found very helpful. Please know you are not alone and that there is a fellowship of people who will reach out to help. You posted to a Board that does not have much activity as it is dedicated to specific issues.

This is a wonderful prayer that puts somethings into prespective about turning your will and life over to the power of God. I've never heard this before in any of my meetings. Thank you for requesting it.
