10. Adult Children of Alcoholics has no opinion on outside issues; hence the ACA name ought never be drawn into public controversy.

We cannot afford the distraction of being about anything other than the recovery of Adult Children of Alcoholics and this tradition supports that.

ACA, at the top makes no comment, nor do individual members. 

I suppose if it isn't an outside issue something might be said.

But then all issues like that would be dealt with 'in-committee'

and would not affect the outside world.

 

I think Adult Children Anonymous models itself on the best

recovery on offer and does exactly the same thing.
