New to you.

I'm not sure if i'm supposed to start a new topic in order to post but I'll try it this way.

I'm a believer and living proof that the 12 steps work if you work them. I haven't worked them for awhile so, I thought I would start with this site. I also believe that there is alot to know when it comes to working them and re-visiting them can do nothing but bring more and new perspectives to each of them.

I have spent almost every minute of my life with an alcoholic. From Dad on down. At this time, I'm married to one and find myself struggling with all that comes with loving someone who binges with alcohol. Waffeling between leaving him, forcing him to leave or taking baby steps and relying on serenity to be my day to day survival mode. I just feel better knowing there are places to turn to such as this site.hmm
