I've been doing this for a while.

Staying sober is not easy but you HAVE TO WORK THE STEPS!

I try to work the steps from beginning to end and then take a short break and start all over!

I read the big book from end to end and what really helps me is listening to the Audiobook of Alcoholics Anonymous while I read!

This website let's you listen FREE online.

It really helps me to increase my understanding of what I am reading when I listen while I read.
