Today I feel really down and out and it is harder to hold onto the idea that my HP will take care of me.  My A lives in denial.  I'm not good at that.  Blessing or a curse?  But I do think one way to be successful in life is to be able to sit with my feelings.  Some days are harder than others, Lyne

Glad you are still working the Steps. Living in reality is the key to recovery. We may be powerless over others however we are not helpless When I discovered that I had choices, even if I did not like them I knew that I could take action in my own best inteest. Listening to that still small voice within helps
