The best way is to attend a face to face meetings-pick up literature regarding the Steps and connect with others who are practicing the program. Here you can post to the step and share your experience.

Hi Annmarie,

1 day At a time,

I found working through the big book using the Joe and charlie Speaker tapes very handy  they seemed to un-complicate the text in my complicated mind.

Take 12 steps and get rocketed into a 4th dimension of existence.
