Listen, I just moved to the US and I need to furnish my apartment and buy some appliances. Can you recommend a marketplace for this?

But I don't think eBay is right for you. You need something more convenient for someone who has recently arrived in the US. If you want, check out tbilistings.com/marketplace it has an intuitive interface, and most of the people who post ads there are former immigrants like you, so I don't think you'll have any problems with language or communication.
