Which team impressed you the most at the Women's World Cup 2026?

I've been thinking about which team impressed everyone the most at the Women's World Cup 2026. I watched a few matches with my sister over the weekend, and we ended up cheering for teams we hadn't followed before. It made the tournament much more fun than I expected. Which team stood out the most for you, and what made them memorable?

For me, it was England. I didn't expect them to look so confident from the start, but they kept finding ways to stay calm in difficult moments. I watched several games with friends after work, and every match seemed to have at least one player stepping up when it mattered. It reminded me why I enjoy international tournaments so much, because every game tells a different story. Even people who don't usually follow cricket started joining our conversations by the end of the competition. I think that says a lot about how entertaining the tournament was overall.

Australia probably impressed me the most because they always seemed ready for every situation, but I also enjoyed seeing other teams challenge them. I was trying to remember a few match dates afterward and searched when is women t20 world cup 2026 which actually helped me find the tournament schedule and related information without much effort. After that, I went back and rewatched some of the highlights that I had missed during the live matches. One thing I really liked was how competitive so many games were compared to previous tournaments. Even matches that looked predictable before they started ended up being close until the final overs. That's what kept me watching throughout the event and made the whole competition feel exciting from beginning to end.
