Step Twelve Questions

Step Twelve - Having had a spiritual awakening as the result of these Steps, we tried to carry this message to others, and to practice these principles in all our affairs.

1. What have received from Al-Anon that I would most like to share?

2. How can I best carry the message to my family members, especally those who resist the idea?

3. Is my job merely a means ofearning money or an oppertunity to practice my program?

4. What are "these principals"?

Step Twelve - Having had a spiritual awakening as the result of these Steps, we tried to carry this message to others, and to practice these principles in all our affairs.

1. What have received from Al-Anon that I would most like to share?

I recieved an unconditional love from the family that I have met and shared with in the rooms of alanon. I need no mask, I can be myself. What a relief....... Now the work needed to be done is to remove that mask at all times and let everyone get to know the person my higher power intends me to be.

2. How can I best carry the message to my family members, especally those who resist the idea?

The best way for me to carry the message of alanon is to be an example, show them how it has changed your life. Actions speak louder than words!!!!!!! however it is very hard for me to let go of that control and let my higher power work in that area.

3. Is my job merely a means of earning money or an oppertunity to practice my program?

This is also an opportunity for me to share with others  and be an example not just to my family members but to those we work with as well, after all most of us spend so much time with the people we work with. Many issues that I have to deal with come up for me at work. Practicing my program wherever and whomever I am with will always benefit me at the  endof the day.

4. What are "these principals"?       NOt sure....... Principals of alanon........

Thanks for the Questions.......

Theresa
