Hi,

I'm new here, however, I have posted at Seekers.  I thought this might be a good and helpful sight to hook up with.  I have been in recovery for 2 years, but I like to think it as j"ust one day at a time"    that how I have stayed sober.  I'am working on Step Seven, but my sponors wants me to do a Step One on "people, places and things."  I have been out of sorts lately.   Need to get back into the sprititual part of the program.  I need that..  I will be coming back and hopefully doing some Steps and meetings.  Haven't done a meeting online yet it should be interesting.  Glad to meet all of you, :smile

went carzy on the faces don't know how to delete them..

Hi Littledogs,

Welcome to the site.  I'm fairly new to this step site, but have been in recovery 10 years now.  I'm a drunk.  I'm trying to make sure that I post on the steps every two weeks.  There's a lot of interesting stuff here.  I check the site all the time, but the AA shares have been low.  good to hear from you.  Keep keepin' it in a day.

Hi Littledogs,

Welcome home. Working Step One on people, places and things has been very rewarding for me, and I continue to work it to find freedom from my codendency and from trying to control people and situations in my daily life.

For me, online meetings are equally fun and rewarding as face-to-face meetings. Online meetings make it possible for me today to actually make a meeting everyday without fail, even if I have missed out on the face-to-face meeting here in my town.

Keep coming back,

Hugs, Love, Light ~ Tahir.
